Spencer has been working in mental health for 10+ years. He enjoys helping others and assisting them reach their goals. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, being a dad, fitness and healthy living and being outside in nature.

I have two years of mental health experience, and supporting others through life’s challenges has been a true passion of mine. I believe in meeting people where they are, building trust, and walking alongside them as they work toward growth and stability. Being a steady support for others is at the heart of why I do this work.
Outside of my role, I love spending time outdoors and enjoying life with my family — especially my energetic twin toddlers who keep me smiling and grounded.
