Skye Mcelmury, MHP
Community Based Program Director, Case Manager
Skye McElmury has a decade of experience in the mental health field and is dedicated to assisting individuals in overcoming their symptoms and achieving a content and meaningful life. In her leisure time, she devotes herself to her multiple dogs, reading and working on projects in/around her home.

Tracey Bray, BS, MHP
Case Manager
Tracey (DeLuca) Bray has been working in the mental health field for 15 years. She received her Bachelors of Science degree in applied psychology at Bemidji State University. She specializes working with adults who have severe and persistent mental illnesses. She is very dedicated to her clients and believes in a team approach. When she is not dedicating her time to her clients she will be spending time with family especially her grand children. She loves camping and being outdoors.

Ian McGhghy, MHP
Case Manager
Ian has worked in the human services field for more than 10 years, supporting both children and adults. His passion for helping others led him to pursue Adult Mental Health Targeted Case Management, where he enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients while helping them navigate life's challenges and connect with valuable community resources.
Ian takes a person-centered, practical, and supportive approach to his work. He believes that every individual deserves to be heard, respected, and empowered to make progress toward greater independence. He strives to build trust with each client and enjoys helping people access the services and supports they need to achieve their goals.
Known for his patience and ability to remain calm under pressure, Ian works alongside clients to advocate for their needs and provide guidance as they navigate complex systems. He appreciates that no two days are the same and values the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of the people he serves.
When he's not at work, Ian enjoys spending time with his kids, watching movies, and taking advantage of outdoor activities whenever he can.

Ashley Schmitt, MHP
Case Manager
Ashley recently graduated from Minnesota North College – Itasca Campus with an Associate degree in Applied Psychology and Human Services. She has worked in the mental health field since 2012, serving individuals in a variety of roles and gaining experience supporting people with diverse needs.
Ashley is excited to be part of the Compass North team and is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of the people she serves. She values building meaningful connections, empowering individuals to reach their goals, and providing compassionate, person-centered support.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She can often be found cheering on her three children at a hockey arena, football field, soccer field, softball or baseball field, or tennis court, depending on the season, supporting them in their favorite activities.
